How to Help Others (and Yourself!) out of a Panic Spiral and Reconnect with your healing Center Point
Hey Old Souls,
These times. The constriction, the isolation, the unknown - all of these these things can lead to a deep panic spiral. Sow can we calm ourselves and others? What can we do help those around us - and ourselves - find some comfort and peace?
A few techniques that help:
Hold Your Reality - hold to your Truth, to your Why, to stay grounded and help remove some of the fear that comes with the unknown. One of my favorite expressions is by Frederick Nietzsche who said, "He who has a Why to live, can bear any How".
Connect to a Centerpoint - do what calms you - perhaps something physical like a walk, or something more spiritual such as connecting with your ancestral spirits.
