 In my mission to help fellow strong, soft, wise, alchemists and healers empower themselves out of their old, small beliefs so that they can finally come into alignment with their TRUE SOUL MISSIONS I thought today I would share with you the most powerful catalyst I have found that helps folks finally do what their magnificent Souls came here to do: Manifest and Embody every last bit of their Magic. So today, I’m giving you the ultimate secret I have found for how to go about living your most sacred and powerful life... Walk the Path of 'No Shame.' A very tricky path to be sure, but I’ve found it to be the most rewarding and enlightenment-inducing of them all. How do you walk the path of No Shame? By letting go of your relationship with the Shame Deity. This, my friends, is no easy task. Shame is the name of the game in pretty much ALL of our lovely little human societies we're raised in on this planet. And even more so in the smaller societies of our families. Shame is what your parents 'gift' you with when you do something outside of their comfort zone, so they (and you) can stay safe. Shame is what you 'gift' others when you feel they are threatening your comfort and safety. Shame is pretty popular among us humans. And it is no small feat to say to her: "I am grateful for all the guidance you have given me over the years, but I no longer require your services." Because when we do that, that means we fully commit to: 1 - No longer shaming others' actions 2 - No longer shaming our own actions Other, more commonly used names for these commitments are: 1 - Unconditional Love for All Beings 2 - Full, Empowered, Radical Authenticity Told you it was a tall order. Most people when told that they can finally manifest their dreams only after they've found complete and total unconditional love for every last human, and empowered themselves into living - full time in all situations - their most radically authentic self, often feel a little deflated as they feel like that's an impossible thing to accomplish. But every fiber of my being - and of my Soul Map Mandalas Mission - is here to help you see that that 'impossible goal' is far closer than you think it is. Which also means manifesting and embodying your most magical life is also far more accessible than you think, As in the end - the 2 goals are one and the same. To get you started on this paradigm-shifting journey, here are some helpful rituals for (lovingly) breaking up with your Shame Deity. ----------------------------- Helpful Ritual # 1 Assume the paths that OTHERS take are FAR MORE COMPLEX than you can understand at this moment. It's a lot harder to judge / shame someone when you realize you don't know whether their 'bad decision' is actually bad or just a catalyst of contrast their Soul needs to experience. (Insider secret - this 3rd Dimensional reality works entirely with the dynamic, powerful tool we call Contrast). ----------------------------- Helpful Ritual # 2 Assume the path YOU YOURSELF are on is FAR MORE COMPLEX than you can understand at this moment. It's a lot harder to judge / shame YOURSELF when you realize you don't know whether that 'bad decision,' or embarrassing moment is actually a mistake, or is instead a needed catalyst of contrast your Soul needs to experience. ----------------------------- The Shame deity is a tricky one, so no shame if your first attempts with these rituals don’t change your life in dramatic ways just quite yet! But know that working with these rituals, and the other catalysts I’m about to share, are the biggest and most powerful 'behind the veil' secrets I've discovered on my own Path of No Shame, and are the keys that have helped me manifest My Soul's Biggest Visions, and can - if you’re ready - help you do the same. Your dreams are put there by your inspired Higher Self you know, messy business not taking your dreams seriously). Ok, let's just jump right into the mega load shall we? Ready for a game changer concept? ----------------------------- Warning - what I'm about to tell you can be very triggering to the muggle part of your brain. But know it is said with the utmost love for the sole purpose of freeing you from your smaller self, and nudging you towards your True Divine Empowerment so you can finally manifest ALL of your magnificent visions. ----------------------------- What if you, in all your Divine Creatrix glory, ALREADY MANIFEST EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT AT ALL TIMES. How would that feel to you if that were true? Really sit with this for a minute. What if all the beauty, all the pain, all the success, and all the gloriously humiliating failures were all, on some unconscious level, WANTED and therefore CREATED by your Soul? Remember what I was saying about CONTRAST earlier? That this 3rd Dimensional reality works ENTIRELY with the dynamic, powerful tool we call Contrast? What if all those messy, ugly, painful situations that have been haunting you your whole life WERE A PART OF YOUR OWN DIVINE PLAN TO HELP YOU EXPAND. This is where Conquering the Shame Deity becomes a required step if your goal is to become your true Divine Creatrix Self and manifest the life of your dreams. WE HAVE TO OVERCOME ALL FEELINGS OF POWERLESSNESS if we truly want to embody our manifestation powers, which means RECLAIMING IT ALL - PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE. Shame keeps us in powerlessness in two sneaky ways: 1 - Shaming / Resenting / Judging others. 2 - Shaming / Resenting / Judging ourselves. Let me give you an example of how this all works. Let's say that you were one of the many Souls who were abused as a child. This abuse made you feel out of control, helpless, unloved and unsafe. This abuse also created a strong desire in you for the contrast of those things: Being In Control, Empowered, Loved and Safe. You, as a Divine Being with free choice can then choose to take 2 distinct paths with this early imprint: Path # 1 - You stay in resentment of your abuser for their awful actions, or, an even more painful mentality, of staying in shame at yourself for it all. This path leads to a lifetime of helplessness and pain. Path # 2 - You can see that your early experiences were put there by your Higher Self as CATALYSTS OF CONTRAST, because your Higher Self wanted in this life is to experience the euphoria of Empowerment, Control, Safety and Love. This leads to a lifetime of - you guessed it - Empowerment, Control, Safety and Love. The version of you who can manifest every last juicy vision for your life you can think up always chooses Path #2. So, if you want to embody more of this Divine Creatrix Self and manifest your dreams, thank those early experiences for their powerful catalyst, and know that those experiences of Empowerment, Control, Safety and Love are literally a part of your Soul's Plan, and just waiting for you to claim them. Just as soon as you let go of your resentment for their creation. Bonus, your Soul will actually enjoy these experiences more thoroughly than others would without the experience of that contrast. Imagine the euphoria of drinking a bottle of water after being in the desert for a few days and almost dying - versus - just walking over to the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water. Which bottle of water do you think tastes better? Yeah, that's why you chose it all - you want all those contrasting experiences to feel THAT amazing. To help you continue this mindset shift of embodying your Divine Creatrix Self, here is a meditation ritual to practice whenever you're feeling the claws of the sneaky Shame Deity dig into you again (shame you hold for yourself AND others remember - BOTH keep you trapped in 'can't-manifest-a-thing' helplessness). ----------------------------- Divine Creatrix Manifestation Ritual Step 1 - The next time you feel resentment, judgement or shame at yourself or others, notice the feeling of helplessness that always goes along with those thought patterns. (Once you start to notice that those thoughts always bring on a feeling of helplessness, their attractive qualities that drew you to them once will slowly start to lessen and it will be easier to question them). Step 2 - After you've named the feeling, ask yourself: "What am I getting out of this?" (aka what Contrast is this wanting me to experience?) So if you're feeling resentful of not being loved, get excited about all the LOVE that your Soul wants you to experience. If you're judging someone on not being kind, get excited about all the KINDNESS your Soul wants you to experience, etc. Step 3 - Once you know what your Soul is actually aiming you towards, let go of your resentment, judgement, shame for their creation of the initial feeling, as that will keep you in powerlessness. (This is obviously no small thing to ask! But you're a powerhouse Creatrix after all, so you got this <3 And if you need a guide to help you release yourself from the stickiest of experiences, I'm here to help). Step 4 - Once you have let it go, then CLAIM THOSE BEAUTIFUL CONTRAST EXPERIENCES AS YOUR BIRTH RIGHT. Because they literally are. ----------------------------- How are you feeling Old Soul?
